veda me vachanam vipra mukham gabahtanur mama
angani devata yuam sadhavo he’ashabo hridi
(Garga Samhita Golok Khanda 3.20)
Supreme Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa said that: “Veda is my verbal verdict, vipras are my mouth, cows are my body, you demigods are my limbs, those sādhus are my life and soul.”
The Prabhupāda said that: “An effort to rectify or chastise a Vaiṣṇava is nothing but audacity, because they are beyond our limited sensual perceptions.” He further said that: “Those Vaiṣṇavas are our worshipable objects. At any cost we must honour them and serve them, we must keep full attention to the fact that always their divine dignity be protected, we must be very alert to avoid doing any offence unto their Lotus feet, not even mentally or not even unknowingly.” The following scriptural evidences can give us full faith in Guru-Vaiṣṇava:
ahaṁ bhakta-parādhīno
hy asvatantra iva dvija
sādhubhir grasta-hṛdayo
bhaktair bhakta-jana-priyaḥ (ŚB 9.4.63)
The Supreme Personality of Godhead said to the brāhmaṇa: I am completely under the control of My devotees. Indeed, I am not at all independent. Because My devotees are completely devoid of material desires, I sit only within the cores of their hearts. What to speak of My devotee, even those who are devotees of My devotee are very dear to Me.
sādhavo hṛdayaṁ mahyaṁ
sādhūnāṁ hṛdayaṁ tv aham
mad-anyat te na jānanti
nāhaṁ tebhyo manāg api (ŚB 9.4.68)
The pure devotee is always within the core of My heart, and I am always in the heart of the pure devotee. My devotees do not know anything else but Me, and I do not know anyone else but them.
Patience is the most vital property in our hari-bhajana. So, any how it is our target in our hari-bhajana to attain the final goal of kṛṣṇa prema. But on behalf of the whole Sarasvat Gauḍīya Vaishnav saṅga and Visva Vaiṣṇava Raj Saba we are bound to come up with this publication to give fitting answers to those countless ironical remarks made by your International Society against our śuddha Sarasvat Gauḍīya guru-varga and Gauḍīya Maṭha in the form of publishing different books, papers and speeches.
Under the guidance of Śrīla Saccidanada Bhaktivinod Ṭhākura, who identified himself as the pet dog of Guru-Vaiṣṇavas, we are also ready to carry out the duty as a pet dog of our Paramahaṁsa guru-varga. A dog is the most faithful creature in this creation. The duty of a faithful dog is to protect the divine dignity and interest of the master. So, this book is being published to protect and preserve the divine dignity and interest of our Sarasvat Gauḍīya guru-varga. A sharp knife in the hands of a doctor, and the same weapon in the hands of a Satan can give just the opposite result to each other. Similarly, a great Vaiṣṇava offender can misuse his Dīkṣā, or Sannyāsa or Ācāryaship by collecting only his self-interest to cheat Gauḍīya guru-varga and Gauḍīya Maṭha, but ultimately, he himself can be cheated. From Mahājana kīrtana by Śrīla Narottama Ṭhākura Mahāshaya we know that—
nitāiyer caraṇa satya, tāhāra sevāka nitya
nitāi-pada sadā koro āśa
narottama boro dukhī, nitāi more koro sukhī
rākho rāńgā-caraṇera pāśa (Verse 4)
The lotus feet of Nityānanda are eternally present, and His sevāks are also eternally present. One who engages in the transcendental loving service of Nityānanda is also transcendental. Always try to catch the lotus feet of Śrīmān Nityānanda Prabhu. Narottama dāsa is very unhappy, therefore he praying unto the Lotus feet of Śrīmān Nityānanda so that He can make him happy. My dear Lord, please keep me close to Your lotus feet.
ahańkāre matta hoiyā, nitāi-pada pāsariyā
asatyere satya kori māni
nitāiyer koruṇā habe, braje rādhā-kṛṣṇa pābe
dharo nitāi-caraṇa du'khāni (Verse 3)
Being maddened after false prestige and identification with the body, one is thinking, oh, what is Nityananda? What can He do for me? I don't care. The result is that he is accepting something false to be truth. If you actually want to approach the association of Radha-Krsna, you must first achieve the mercy of Lord Nityananda. When He is merciful toward you, then you will be able to approach Radha-Krsna. Therefore you should firmly grasp the lotus feet of Lord Nityananda.
The Lotus feet of Nityānanda is the eternal truth and all his sevāks are eternally present unto his lotus feet. So, we seek our ultimate shelter unto His Lotus Feet.
When too much lābha, pūjā, pratiṣṭhā makes a man crazy, then he likes to avoid or ignore the eternal reality of the Lotus Feet of Śrīmān Nityānanda Prabhu and considers as eternal truth, that what is not at all eternal truth.
By the mercy of Śrīmān Nityānanda Prabhu it is possible to get Śrī Śrī Radha Govinda at Śrī Vṛndāvana Dham, so anyhow the Lotus Feet of Śrīmān Nityānanda Prabhu should be accepted with full faith and great regard and tightly held on to.
